When my children were small, I wanted to be able to stay home with them but I still needed to earn an income. That is when I started my own daycare business, Shortall Home Daycare. This gave me the best of both worlds. It also gave my children the opportunity to have playmates, and for me to be a part of the lives of children outside of my own family. I have been in the daycare business for 20 years.
I like the fact that I am providing parents with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their children are being well cared for while they are at work. Although the children in my care may not be biologically related, I treat them as if they were a part of my own family. Children at Shortall Home Daycare are always treated with love and respect, as are their parents.
